Bow View Shot Clock Coordinator
Bow View is looking for a new Shot Clock Scheduler for next season.  This role qualifies for the volunteer bond.  Kent- the current shot clock scheduler- can give a quick training session to the incoming person.  He estimates the total role is 10-20 hours for the entire season.  The schedule is made up for the first half of the season as soon as the games come out and updated as necessary for game reschedules and then a second schedule is made for the second half with updates for city playoffs as necessary.  There is the odd issues to troubleshoot and the odd coordination of repairs or missing equipment.  Shot clocks are essential to our U12-U19 games.  Please consider volunteering for this very important role.  Please contact Kent shotclockkent@shaw.ca for more information or to volunteer!  Kent would be more than happy to shadow/mentor a new coordinator next season for the entire season.

Bow View Goalie Development
Developing goalies that enjoy playing the position and contributing to team play is an important part of our association.  Last year Bow View had three very successful goalie clinics for U10/12 players.  To help continue with this development Bow View is looking for volunteers to help with this season’s goalie community.  We are looking for people that can help with planning and running goalie clinics.  Goaltending experience is an asset but not required to volunteer.  The hours will count towards the Bow View volunteer bond commitment.  If interested, please contact Colin Dyck.   colindyck2@gmail.com
