Team Video
As you may already know, we are putting together a video to promote Bow View. Mike Harte has graciously volunteered his time and equipment to put this video together for Bow View at no cost!!!! We will send out the video once it is complete to all members.
If your team would like their very own team videotape (with just tapings of your team) have a look at his HOCKEY page for more info and contact information at
www.impphoto.net (there is not a Ringette page YET... ). This would make a great end of the year present for your players.
Be Sure to Book early as he is going to fill up fast.

Respect in Sport
As of Dec 1, 2011 All team staff must have completed the Respect In Sport - Activity Leader Program
This includes anyone listed on the
Team Registration Form ( ie. head coaches, assistant coaches, junior coaches, managers and trainers)

Failure to complete the course will result in the following:
Any team staff member not in compliance will automatically be suspended effective December 1, 2011 and shall remain suspended until they have completed the course.
In addition, effective December 1, 2011 any team with a team staff member who has not completed the course will forfeit all league games. The game(s) will be played but the team will not have the ability to acquire points for that game nor any subsequent league game until all the team staff have completed the course..

2012 World Junior Championship and the 2013 World Championship
The 2012 World Junior Championship and the 2013 World Championship have been scheduled to take place in Canada.
As 2012 will mark the 50th Anniversary since the founding of our sport these two events will certainly provide a platform to celebrate this milestone.
The links below provide the requirements for hosting these events. These requirements can help guide host committees in terms of formation of bids as well as in developing hosting plans once awarded an event. These requirements are in place to help host committees ensure that the events provide the athletes, coaches, officials and fans an unforgettable experience while delivering a solid legacy for the host community.
