Manager Information

The Team Manager has a significant impact on the success of a team’s season. While the Head Coach is responsible for on ice activities, the Manager is typically responsible for off ice activities.

Often it is assumed the Manager is only a team administrator, however, the best managers provide leadership to the team, facilitate administration and oversee the parent volunteers involved.

The Manager and Head Coach work together to establish the culture and structure of the team. The Manager is also the administrative link between the team, Bow View Ringette and Chinook Ringette League.
